101 brings focus on the human and their office experience.

The design abandons old myths. It puts the experience for occupiers front and centre through bringing the very best range of amenities focussed around health & wellness to the ground and new mezzanine floors. These haven't been retrofitted as an afterthought in a dark basement area.

Instead, a fully fitted gym flooded with daylight. A pilates studio using Reformer RX equipment. Hot and cold therapy through saunas and cold baths and all served by high quality showers and changing facilities.

The offices command an elevated position with full floor to ceiling glazing giving 360 degree views over the Manchester city centre skyline.

Occupiers' arrival to the ground floor opens onto a range of amenity from a café restaurant and generous seating areas, a landscaped terrace, and a 100 person auditorium for corporate presentations.
